Personalised Crystal Design & Consultation

Q: Do you offer custom crystal designs?

A: Yes - we offer a 1:1 bespoke bracelet service based on your chakras or astrological birth chart. Each piece is thoughtfully designed with natural crystals to support your personal energy. Prices start from £135.


Q: How can I book a personalised consultation?

A: Please contact us at info@starheartjewellery.co.uk for details or to arrange a session. We will be happy to guide you through the process.


Q: Can I return a personalised item?

A: As each custom piece is created especially for you, personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

Each piece is handmade to order and carefully cleansed and attuned before dispatch, so that it reaches you in its best energetic state.

This preparation takes time, and orders are usually ready to ship within 8–10 working days (most are completed in around 10 days). Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes a further 2-4 working days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been sent. We truly appreciate your patience - every item is created as a unique gift, just for you.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently deliver within the UK only, but will expand to more countries and regions in the future.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: Yes, UK delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard delivery fee will apply at checkout.

Q: Will I be able to track my order?

A: Yes, a tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If you decide it is not quite right for you, standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Please note:

Personalised items and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty.

• For hygiene reasons, opened mystery boxes and cleansing items (e.g. sage bundles) cannot be returned.

Q: Do I need to know my ring size?

A: All of our rings are adjustable/open rings, so you don’t need to measure your size. They are designed to comfortably fit most fingers.

Q: How do I know my bracelet or necklace size?

If you’re unsure of your wrist or necklace size, you can see our size guides here.

If you can't fit our sizes, we may be able to custom make our bracelets to fit you. Please get in contact with us by emailing info@starheartjewellery.co.uk about any inquiry of custom sizes.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: All of our crystals are natural gemstones. As each piece is formed by nature, no two are exactly alike – there may be slight variations in colour, markings or patterns compared with the product photos. Inclusions such as mineral flecks, veils or small fissures are common in natural stones and are part of their unique beauty, not defects.

Our metal components include sterling silver (S925) and gold-plated brass.


Q: How should I care for my jewellery?

A: To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend:

  • Remove before showering, swimming, bathing or visiting hot springs.
  • Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes or household chemicals.
  • For brass pieces in particular, try to keep them dry.
  • Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time – simply polish gently with a silver cleaning cloth to restore its shine.
  • Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratches.


Q: Will the jewellery fade or cause allergies?

A:

  • Brass / gold-plated brass: With normal wear, gold plating on brass should last around six months without noticeable fading.
  • Sterling silver (silver finish): Silver-tone sterling silver does not fade, though it may darken slightly with oxidation (easily polished).
  • Gold-plated sterling silver: Also durable for everyday wear, with plating designed to last.

All materials we use are generally skin-friendly. However, if you have a sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend choosing sterling silver jewellery for maximum comfort.

Q: How long will it take to receive a reply?

A: We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, responses may take a little longer – thank you for your patience.


Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: Yes - all our jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising from improper care. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
